My package was lost or stolen. What should I do?

While the vast majority of Tru-Tone orders arrive safely at their destination, some packages do occasionally get lost in transit. We recommend watching your tracking closely and trying to be present when your order is delivered to avoid theft.

If your tracking does not show any updates beyond "Label Created", or shows unusual behavior – such as repeated scans at a single location – it is most likely a tracking error and your package is likely still on its way to you, even if it arrives a bit later than the shipping partner originally estimated.

As such, please allow about a week for the shipping partner to sort through any issues on their end before reaching out to us.

If your tracking says your missing package was delivered, we recommend taking the following actions:

  • Check with your postal carrier or UPS driver

  • Call your local post office or UPS hub

  • Check with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered nearby
