Tru-Tone products are currently only offered in standard US voltage (110 VAC). If your native voltage is different (such as 240 VAC) you will need a voltage step-down converter to operate our lights. While many Tru-Tone customers are successfully using our lights this way, we do not endorse or guarantee compatibility with any electrical conversion devices. Use them at your own risk.
International Shipping
Tru-Tone sells and ships our products to most countries. Shopify handles the checkout process and shipping for all International orders. This allows us to collect all taxes, duties and fees at checkout, so you don’t have to worry about surprise charges, or having your package held when it arrives in your country. International Tru-Tone orders will appear as Global-E on your bank statement.
International shipping rates are determined by the carrier and limited to DHL Standard and DHL Express and UPS Standard (please note that all of these services may not be available in your area). Shipping time estimates and delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Tru-Tone.
In the event of lost or damaged orders outside of the US, we will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In some cases we may offer a refund or partial refund rather than product replacement.
We understand that international shipping can be costly and apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. We continue to work toward expanding our distribution internationally to help alleviate these costs and thank you for your support and patience in the meantime.
