Tru-Tone orders usually ship within 48 hours, though during our busiest times it may take longer – in these situations, we will put a banner on the top of the website alerting customers of expedited processing times.
We offer standard and expedited domestic shipping via USPS and UPS, and international shipping via DHL. All of these services vary in duration depending on your location, time of year and other factors.
The shipping method you select will show an approximate delivery time at checkout. Please note that these estimates do not include order processing time and are provided by the carrier to give you an idea of how long your package will spend in transit once it is shipped by us.
Tru-Tone does not guarantee delivery dates, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will assist with any issues that arise during shipping.
The vast majority of US-based Tru-Tone orders arrive within a week, and international orders in about 2 weeks.
