If you need to change the shipping address for a recently placed order, please reach out to [email protected] immediately and be sure to include your order number in the email.
We process orders as quickly as possible, so there is a limited period of time to make address changes before your order is fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier.
Please note that if you have already received a shipping notification, it may be too late to change the shipping address, but we will do our best to assist in these situations.
If you discover an error in the shipping address you entered after your order has already shipped and is en-route, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping provider (USPS or UPS, for example) as they may be able to re-route the package to the correct address.
