Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Return Order #12345" (substituting in your specific order number, of course).
Customers will be responsible for packaging and shipping all returns and return shipping labels are not provided. The 2.5% transaction fee and all shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from all returns (international orders are subject to a non-refundable 6.5% transaction fee, duties, customs fees or VAT are not refundable once an order has been fulfilled). Returns may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns should be shipped to the following address:

Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please reach out immediately to [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Order #12345" (substituting in your specific order number). Cancellations are not guaranteed, and may not be possible if the order has already been processed or fulfilled. Tru-Tone is charged a 2.5% transaction fee on all orders (6.5% on international orders). This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from all cancelled orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we will be happy to replace them. Contact us through our support page for a swift and simple replacement. Be sure to include your order number and a list of the damaged or incorrect items.
