I ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?

If you have just recently placed your order and haven't received a shipping notification, please reach out to us immediately, as there is usually a small window to make adjustments to orders until they are processed and shipped.

If you have already received your order or it has already shipped, we would be happy to accept a return, but we do not currently have a direct exchange process. Your best option is to place a new order for the item(s) you want whenever you're ready, and initiate a return for the item(s) you don't.

We do not usually charge a restocking fee for exchanges if the original item packaging is intact and undamaged. Please be aware, however, that you will be responsible for packing and shipping the returned item(s) back to us using your preferred shipping method.

The original shipping costs and credit card processing fees (2.5%) are non-refundable. Please ship your returned item(s) to the following address:

Please include your name and order number inside the package of your return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item.
