Tru-Tone orders are handed off to the carrier the same day you receive your shipping notification and tracking number via email.
Occasionally carriers have issues with their scanning or tracking tools that cause a failure to show movement on the tracking page. If tracking for your order is stuck on “Label Created”, it is likely that your order is still on its way, but the carrier is unable to update the tracking.
The vast majority of orders that fail to show accurate tracking still arrive at their destination in a timely manner.
