If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, refuse the delivery if given the opportunity, and contact us immediately. Each and every bulb is inspected and tested at our factory and while we try do our best to pack our inherently fragile product, sometimes our shipping partners can be a little rougher on our packages than we'd like.
Please inspect all items in your order upon arrival and in the event of dead or damaged bulbs or light strings please contact us for quick and easy replacement.
Please do not dispose of the damaged item(s) unless instructed to do so, as we may request that you send the defective items back to us for further quality control review using a pre-paid shipping label.
Damaged goods must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.
