Using only Tru-Tone bulbs and light strings, you can safely connect 24 sets of our 25-bulb light strings – that's 600 of our bulbs!
Tru-Tone bulbs can also be used in combination with your other favorite incandescent or LED bulbs on the same string or circuit. Just be sure to keep track of the total wattage used to ensure you don’t overload your circuit. A single run of lights should never exceed 360 watts (3 amps) total.
Always be mindful of the maximum wattage per socket, as well. Our Classic Light Strings (vinyl) can handle up to 7 watts per socket – this is the average power draw of an incandescent bulb. Our Deluxe Light Strings (fabric wrapped vinyl) can handle up to 25 watts per socket.
