We're happy to report that Tru-Tone bulbs don’t get hot. They are LED and emit almost no heat, but are just enough warmth to melt the snow from them when used outside during the winter!
Lower heat output means Tru-Tone bulbs are safe to touch without burning your fingers, they won’t melt or damage your decorations, and won’t dry out or set fire to your tree.
